- Well it was my 1st visit in 3 years and to be honest it wasnt as busy as it was then, however i spoke to a few business owners and it was definately busier than it has been recently. All of the restaurants were very busy, but the bars were a bit quieter than 3 years ago..Mulligans have the best entertainment, but if u go more than 2 nights i can seem repetitive...but still worth a go...yes we spent a few nights in the old 2, the 2 nicest places we ate were Cueva de la Puerto (which is located on the corner, across from the taxi rank, before you come to the Inn Place and Burbon Street Bars)..they do great meat and fish platter specials..il upload a photo and show you...the other place we ate in the old town was the place beside el barquillo (the name escapes me at the min, beside the play park for kids...was really lovely there, again il upload a photo for you) ;)

Hey Denise,
No long to go now im sure you cant wait. Im gutted to be home and ive already looked for next year. The chinese you recommended was great, as was the Terrazza restaurant on the sea front. Few recommendations for you, the new Oriental World chinese on the strip is fantastic, there were people queing every day of our holiday, we went once and it was fantastic. Another couple of places are the Don Rafael Cantina, and Trattoria Da Rafaello...owned by the same people and great..in the Trattoria you can get a great breakfast, with orange juice for 2 euro..and trust me is really nice..in the Cantina, the fajita offers are great, taste is great and the strawberry margaritas are very good...ive a few other recommendations but il let u digest these..lol

Not sure what it has to offer now, Andrea describes it as a Coffee wine Bar.
We are out on 8th Sept for 2 weeks so will try it out then for sure.
